Weekly basic course self-assertiveness for FLINTA*

8 weeks, 90 minutes per unit
This is what the course is about:
- Getting to know the tools of self-assertion
- Boody awareness
- Raising awareness of yourself & your own limits
- Developing & trying out your own strategies for specific situations
- Different ways of saying “no”
- Physical defense techniques
- Sharing experiences in the group, supporting & encouraging each other
- Self-care & relaxation
