Weekly basic course self-assertiveness for FLINTA*

Prerequisites: The course is open to sidekicks and external FLINTA* people. Participation only with registration by mail. Current dates can be found under Aktuelles

8 weeks, 90 minutes per unit

This is what the course is about:

  • Getting to know the tools of self-assertion
  • Boody awareness
  • Raising awareness of yourself & your own limits
  • Developing & trying out your own strategies for specific situations
  • Different ways of saying “no”
  • Physical defense techniques
  • Sharing experiences in the group, supporting & encouraging each other
  • Self-care & relaxation
