Muay Thai - Sparring

Requiremens: Attending at least All Level Class, mouth guard.

Anyone who wants to do sparring can take part in partially supervised sparring. You can take part in the training if you are familiar with the attack and defense techniques of Muay Thai or classic boxing and feel like using them freely. Previous sparring experience is not necessary.

We train across all levels and learn from each other. There will be a joint warm-up and preliminary sparring exercises. We learn to respect our own limits in sparring. Afterwards there is time for free sparring or sparring with agreements.

Sometimes the coach will join the sparring. Then the trainees coach each other. Still, the coach is always available and holds the space. The training session ends with a check-out round in which we talk about how we feel after the training session.
