Muay Thai All Level for Black & Indigenous People and People of Color (BiPoC)​

Das Class is only for BIPoC. All Levels and also guests are welcome. 90 minutes In our training sessions, we focus on the basics of Muay Thai, and you can continue to improve your techniques. The session includes shadow boxing and training with the punching bag. Occasionally, we work with pads or do exercises in pairs. The training does not include sparring, but usually, there is a short cardio or strength segment at the end. The training is open to BiPoC of all levels.
