Weekend course Self-assertiveness for kidz/youth

These courses are open to external participants and to Sidekicks. The current dates will be announced on our homepage and social media.

The course offers you the opportunity to find your own way of asserting yourself through exchange and guided exercises.

You will learn to recognize your feelings and trust them. They can serve as (warning) signals in unpleasant situations. You can practise strategies for dealing with these situations in role plays. To do this, we work with voice, posture, facial expressions, breathing and much more.
You can try yourself out and find out what your personal way of standing up for yourself is.
