Muay Thai Youth (12-17 years old)

In training for young people, the focus is on Muay Thai (thai boxing) technique. We learn and improve specific punches, kicks, blocks and combinations. These techniques are practiced systematically on the punching bag, with a partner or in small sparring sessions. We always pay attention to mutual respect and controlled execution – this keeps the training safe and motivating.

Compared to the younger groups, we play less, but use targeted exercises to promote reaction, coordination, endurance and body control. Through regular training, we also strengthen our mental presence, concentration and discipline.
