Muay Thai – All Level
Requirements: Basic techniques, mouth guard.

You can join All Level Muay Thai training if you have previously attended beginner training regularly for a few months. Basic techniques are required.
In this training, we build on the fundamentals from the beginner training. Shadow boxing and training with the punching bag are part of the session. Sometimes, we work with pads or do exercises in pairs.
The training does not include sparring. Basic training is a good step between beginner and intermediate training. However, experienced Thai boxers can also use this training to improve their fundamentals.
