The one-hour training session is aimed at all sidekicks who are new and to those who are familiar to strength training.
The training is about learning individual techniques (e.g. squats, deadlifts, push press) more precisely.

The focus of the main part is on building muscle and applying the techniques. Various training equipment is used, including barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands and wall balls.

We finish off with interval strength training.
